Hello, and welcome to the Majestic Chef(MC) Test Kitchen, I’m Adam Majewski creator of Majestic Chef Test Kitchen. A Baker Since the age of 9, I started my professional cooking career at a pretty young age, and attended Culinary School at 19. After
finishing cooking school I moved to Calistoga, California and worked in a family friends restaurant where I learned quit a bit, after moving back to Minnesota I took a position at a greasy spoon, learning to increase my speed in line work, while working an internship in Sushi, and working a part time position as an assistant baker at Butter Bakery and Cafe.
Now working as the Overnight Bakehouse supervisor at the Wedge Co-op Bakehouse, I’ve spent most of my career Cooking in different positions, eventually settling on pastry and baking as my specific field of choice with in food service specialties. What brought me to the wedge was the creation of the Majestic Chef in its first form, A Community Supported Bakery, which then transitioned to its current form, a culinary Test Kitchen and social movement.
After starting at the Wedge I joined Bakers Without Boarders as a Crumbassador, in order to be a part of their initiative; teaching about bread and culture in order to create cross cultural understanding and knowledge of one another and to create a diverse society willing to work together with understanding and love for one another.
